1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the skilling academy platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Cohort Enrollment & Payments

Enrollment in any cohort is subject to availability and payment confirmation. Prices are subject to change, but early-bird pricing is locked in upon reservation. All payments are processed securely via third-party providers (Razorpay / Stripe).

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the start date of the cohort. If you find the curriculum doesn't meet your expectations, contact our support agent for a full refund. No refunds are processed after the 7-day window.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, video recordings, code templates, and documentation provided are the intellectual property of skilling academy. You may not distribute, resell, or reproduce these materials without explicit permission. Your own capstone projects remain your intellectual property.
